Here are some Key Dates for the 2024 Spring Season:
Registration opens Nov.15th and closes on Jan 7th
Player Evaluations will be conducted at Soulsbyville Elementary Baseball Field on January 6th & 7th.
Player Draft: Juniors (5:30p) & Intermediate (6:45p) will be held on Jan 11th. AAA (5:30p) & AA (6:45p) Minor division will be on Jan 12th. Drafts will be conducted at Abbey Carpet
Coaches, Umpires, & Rules Clinics will be held on Jan 26th. Location & times will be shared at a later date. Upper Division equipment handoff will also be held during the clinics.
Tball & MP equipment handoff on Feb 24th. Location will be shared at a later date.
Upper Divisions (Juniors, Majors, & Minors AA/AAA)
Practices can start the week of Feb 5th. If you have not heard from your player's coach by 2/14, please email the league.
Lower Divisions (Machine Pitch & Tee Ball)
Practices can start the week of Feb. 26th. If you have not heard from your player's coach by 3/7, please email the league.
Spring Training Preseason games will be on March 23rd and tentatively held at Standard Park
All division games begin the week of April 1. The season runs April 1st through June 1. More details on scheduled games will be shared at a later date. No games will be held on Mother's Day nor Memorial Day weekend except Junior division.
Westside LL All Star Game at Whitehead Field on June 1st
TOC's start June 8th
District All Stars will be held June 29th thru July 8th
Please make sure your player comes prepared to practice with a glove and cleats. Other optional equipment you can purchase is: helmet, bat, gear bag, batting gloves, and other items.
Pre-Season Housekeeping
-If you are interested in volunteering to help on the field with your child's team, please register as a volunteer on the website.
-We are always looking for help to get fields prepped for the season. If you have a free hour or weekend to help, we would love your assistance.
