Player ages: Players' baseball ages 8 and up are required to get evaluated for proper team placement.

Player evaluations (often called "tryouts") are an essential part of the Little League Baseball season, and their primary purpose is to ensure a balanced, positive, and safe experience for every child.

Every registered player will be placed on a team—no one is "cut." Players baseball ages 8 and up are required to attend one of the sessions. CLICK HERE to determine your child's 2026 Season baseball age.

This short session allows coaches to assess each child's basic skills (throwing, catching, hitting, and running) in a low-stress environment. The resulting skill ratings are used during the team draft to distribute talent as evenly as possible across all teams in a division. This commitment to balanced teams is crucial because it leads to more competitive games, which is more engaging for the kids, and ensures all players have the best opportunity to grow their skills and love for the game throughout the season.

Please bring baseball attire, such as a glove and shoes (cleats allowed for outdoor sessions only). Other optional equipment you can bring and/or will be provided are: helmet, bat, gear bag, batting gloves, and other items.
