Pre-Season Housekeeping:

   
•     If you are interested in volunteering to help on the field with your child's team, please register as a volunteer on the website.    
   
•     We are always looking for help to get fields prepped for the season. If you have a free hour or weekend to help, we would love your assistance.

Player Evaluations:

Dates: Saturday, January 10 & Sunday, January 11
Location: TBD

Player evaluations (often called "tryouts") are an essential part of the Little League Baseball season, and their primary purpose is to ensure a balanced, positive, and safe experience for every child.

Every registered player will be placed on a team—no one is "cut." Players baseball ages 8 and up are required to attend one of the sessions. CLICK HERE to determine your child's 2026 Season baseball age.

This short session allows coaches to assess each child's basic skills (throwing, catching, hitting, and running) in a low-stress environment. The resulting skill ratings are used during the team draft to distribute talent as evenly as possible across all teams in a division. This commitment to balanced teams is crucial because it leads to more competitive games, which is more engaging for the kids, and ensures all players have the best opportunity to grow their skills and love for the game throughout the season.

Please bring baseball attire, such as a glove and shoes (cleats allowed for outdoor sessions only). Other optional equipment you can bring and/or will be provided are: helmet, bat, gear bag, batting gloves, and other items.

Player Draft:

Thursday, January 15: Juniors and Intermediate (ages 11+)
Friday, January 16: AA and AAA (ages 8-10)
Location: Twain Harte Community Center

Umpires Training:

All Umpires will need to attend the following training sessions:

Umpire training #1: Saturday, February 28th | Tuolumne Memorial Hall (District 15 Training)
Umpire training #2: Saturday, March 7th | Jerry Whitehead Field (Westside Training)

Coaches Clinic:

Coaches Clinic #1: Was held on Saturday, November 1st, 10am-12pm, Twain Harte Community Center.

Equipment Handoff:

Practices:

Upper Divisions (AA & Above)

Practices can start TBD. If you have not heard from your player's coach by TBD, please email the league.

Lower Divisions (Machine Pitch & Tee Ball)

Practices can start TBD. If you have not heard from your player's coach by TBD, please email the league.

Please make sure your player comes prepared to practice with a glove and cleats. Other optional equipment you can purchase is: a helmet, bat, gear bag, batting gloves, and other items.

Game Schedule:

All division games begin on March 21st. The regular season runs March 21st through May 30th.

More details on scheduled games will be shared at a later date. No games will be held during School Spring Break, Mother's Day weekend, or Memorial Day weekend except Junior division.

All Stars and Post Season:

District 15 Tournament of Champions runs between TBD.
District 15 All Stars: 10U, 11U, 12U (LL/Majors), Intermediate & Juniors: TBD
