Last Day of Tryouts

Hi parents!

A reminder on tryouts, Sunday is the final day to attend tryouts. Tryouts MUST be attended by all players league age 8 and older. We had a number of questions on league age and how that works. If your child is currently 7 years old, but turns 8 before August 31, 2024, he or she is baseball 8 and must attend tryouts. You can see the age chart here:

We had outstanding turnout at today's tryouts. Because of the large attendance in some age brackets and lower in others, we have adjusted the tryout times slightly to better accommodate the demand for Sunday. Sunday's tryouts will be held at the YSF Freedom Sports Facility on Nugget Blvd, see the address below. If you plan on attending Sunday's tryouts, please bring your player prepared to tryout in an indoor setting, with no cleats.
