Here are some Key Dates for the 2025 Spring Season (Dates/Times are subject to Change):
Registration is now open and closes on Jan. 5th
Player Evaluations will be conducted indoors at YSF Freedom Sports Facility at 19500 Nugget Blvd, Sonora, CA
at the following dates & times:
Jan 4th:
8 yr old's: 9a-1030a
9 yr old's: 10:45a-12:45p
10 yr old's: 1p-2:30p
11 yr old's: 2:30p-3:15p
12 yr old's: 3:15p-4p
13+ yr old's: 4p-5p
Jan 5th:
8 yr old's: 830a-9a
9 yr old's: 9a-10a
10 yr old's: 10a-1030a
11 & 12 yr old's: 1030a-11a
13+ yr old's:11a-1130a
Please bring baseball attire, such as glove and shoes (no cleats). Other optional equipment you can bring and/or will be provided are: helmet, bat, gear bag, batting gloves, and other items.
Player Draft:
-Juniors (5:30p) & Intermediate (6:00p) will be held on Jan 9th. Location: THCSD Community Center
-AAA (5:00p) & AA (6:45p) Minor division will be on Jan 10th. Location: THCSD Community Center
Coaches/Rules Clinics will be held on Feb. 1st. This is subject to change. Location & times TBD.
Umpires need to attend one of the following training sessions:
Umpire training #1:
Saturday February 22nd, 1p-3p at Soulsbyville Field
Umpire training #2:
Sunday March 2nd, 1p-3p at Whitehead Field.
Upper Division (AA & above) equipment handoff will be at Whitehead Field on Feb. 1st at 9am and will also be held during the clinics.
Lower division (Tball & MP) equipment pickup will be on February 22nd, 12p at Soulsbyville Field.
Upper Divisions (Juniors, Majors, & Minors AA/AAA)
Practices can start the week of Feb 3rd. If you have not heard from your player's coach by 2/14, please email the league.
Lower Divisions (Machine Pitch & Tee Ball)
Practices can start the week of Feb. 24th. If you have not heard from your player's coach by 3/7, please email the league.
All division games begin the week of March 15th. The regular season runs March 15th through May 23rd. More details on scheduled games will be shared at a later date. No games will be held on Mother's Day nor Memorial Day weekend except Junior division.
Westside LL All Star Game at Whitehead Field on May 31st
TOC's runs between June 7th & June 14th in Ione.
District All Stars:
-Intermediate & Juniors: June 21st to June 28th. Location TBD
-10U, 11U, & 12U (LL/Majors): June 28th to July 6th. Location TBD

Pre-Season Housekeeping
-If you are interested in volunteering to help on the field with your child's team, please register as a volunteer on the website.
-We are always looking for help to get fields prepped for the season. If you have a free hour or weekend to help, we would love your assistance.
